At RoboZip, we value your trust and want to ensure a smooth experience for every innovator, student, and maker. That’s why we’ve kept our delivery and return policies simple and fast.
- 1-Day Fast Delivery: Orders are processed and shipped the same day, ensuring most products reach you within 24 hours (subject to availability and location).
- 3-Day Easy Returns: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Non-returnable items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or special-order kits
- Opened software or digital products
- Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or missing parts. For the same item exchange, contact us at contact@yantrikaran.com.

- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or wrong product delivery.
- For high-value orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Quick Notes
- Fast Replacement: Defective items are replaced within 48 hours of verification.
- No Refund on Used Items: Products with soldering marks, physical damage, or missing components are not eligible.
- Hackathon/Express Orders: No returns for on-site hackathon emergency kits.
