1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform and/or placing an order, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

 

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
 

3. Product Information

We sell electronic components, robotics kits, accessories and related services. Images are for representation; actual product may vary slightly in color/packaging/specs.

Compatibility, integration, and safe use are your responsibility unless explicitly stated. We provide basic configuration guidance as described on the product or policy pages.

 

4. Pricing, Taxes & Availability

  • Prices listed are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated on product pages.
  • GST and shipping charges (if any) appear at checkout.
  • Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In case of pricing/stock errors, we may cancel/refund affected order(s).
 

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion (e.g., stock limits, address/serviceability, suspected fraud, policy violations).

If an order is cancelled after payment, refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy.

 

6. Payments

We accept online payments via supported gateways (UPI/cards/net-banking/wallets).

By submitting a payment, you confirm authorization and allow us/payment partners to charge your payment method.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

Governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Service areas and delivery timelines are best-effort based.
  • Subject to order cut-off times, availability, logistics conditions, and holidays.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
 

8. Returns, Exchanges, Replacements & Refunds

As per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Return request within 24 hours of delivery; product must be damaged/defective, unused, with tags + packaging + proof of purchase.
  • Return window: 3 days.
  • Returns require prior approval.
  • Exchange/replacement dispatch within 3 days of approval.
  • Refunds processed within 3 business days after inspection (bank times may vary).
 

9. DIY, Safety & Professional Use

Many products are for DIY/educational use. Follow instructions and electrical safety.

No liability for damage/injury from misuse, improper installation, modification, or ignoring guidelines.

 

10. Warranty

Standard manufacturer warranty applies where available. Consumables and ESD-sensitive parts typically excluded unless stated.

 

11. Promotions, Coupons & Credits

Coupons/credits are non-transferable, may carry conditions/limitations, and are subject to cancellation in cases of misuse.

 

12. Perplexity/Third-Party Services

Access may be facilitated to third-party tools/services (e.g., Perplexity), subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party performance/changes.

 

13. Intellectual Property

All Platform content belongs to the Company or licensors and is protected by IP laws. No unauthorized usage allowed.

 

14. User Content & Reviews

By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license for usage in Platform/marketing.

Unlawful, misleading, or harmful content is prohibited.

 

15. Prohibited Activities

No unlawful use, security breach attempts, scraping, spamming, interference, or commercial exploitation without consent.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Maximum liability = amount paid for the relevant order or INR 100, whichever is lower.

 

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from policy breaches or legal violations.

 

18. Force Majeure

No liability for delays/failures beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, war, network outages, etc.).

 

19. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend/terminate access or cancel orders (refund where applicable) due to violations/fraud. Necessary obligations survive termination.

 

20. Electronic Communications & Notices

You consent to receive notices via email/WhatsApp/SMS/in-app.

 

21. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms anytime; posting on Platform makes them effective. Continued use = acceptance.

 

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.

 

23. Severability & No Waiver

If any provision is invalid, remainder stays enforceable. No waiver unless expressly provided.
